How we approach each engagement
Every matter begins with a clear assessment of the client's position. We identify the applicable legal framework, map the procedural options, and develop a work plan with defined milestones. Communication is maintained throughout — at each significant stage, and whenever circumstances require a reassessment of direction.
Assessment
Understanding the financial position, identifying the nature of the debt or creditor situation, and mapping applicable statutory provisions.
Planning
Developing a structured work plan, confirming fees, and establishing communication protocols with the client and relevant third parties.
Execution
Carrying out legal work — drafting, negotiation, filing, or court application — with client updates at each defined milestone.
